A power inverter is NEEDED in order for EL Wire or Cold Cathodes to work. All of our inverters are available with an EZ-Connector. This allows you to use any of the different styles, sizes and colors of EL Wire available on our EZ-Connection EL Wire section without ever having to do any soldering. EL Wire inverters are not compatible with Cold Cathodes, and vice-versa.
